Our specialist educators are able to frame an experience for the children in our care with an absolute feel for the moment. Our attentiveness, responsiveness, nurturing and consistency are cues that are fundamental to making each child feel that they are the best, and could not be in a better place.
We also place a special emphasis on brain development. Today’s technology and research has opened powerful learning into how the brain works and critical periods for its development. Our educators weave this learning into your child’s day through planned and spontaneous activities throughout each day.
Our vision is to create an environment where children, eductors and families can thrive. That developing a positive self-image in the hearts and minds of each child in our care is at the epicentre of what we do. Our knowledge in the field of brain development has to be exceptional, and actively applying this knowledge grows our capacity to play a significant and meaningful role in 'the thriving child'.
Nurturing and learning through play is our calling. And our people are qualified, passionate, respectful and caring. They seek to understand the wider life context of your children and celebrate their uniqueness.
We seek out people who are looking for a career, not just a job. We support them and provide ongoing training and access to resources to ensure they too thrive to enrich your child's early learning experiences.
It is why all our meals and snacks are created by our own specialist nutritionist – each mouthful designed to foster the energy and wellbeing of children. Equally important is the deliciousness of our food, ensuring healthy eating habits become the default desire amongst our children. We have created a rotating seasonal menu that considers nutritional and energy requirements, as well as the cultural and health needs of your child.
Each centre has their own chef and access to state-of-the-art equipment to prepare fresh and delicious meals including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. We also offer nutritional advice through regular workshops and will let you know at the end of each day the foods your child has eaten, and maybe something new they’ve been able to try.
Our approach is holistic and individual with programs based on the fact that the most important years of a child's brain development and learning patterns occur from birth to age five. One Early Education provides an experience for children that is immensely nourishing and developmental. We add to the richness of a child's early years, social interaction, curiosity stimulation, structure and free-form learning adventures – through both planned and spontaneously play, it is a place for all to thrive.
We believe that by sharing our experiences and presenting new research as it comes to hand helps you and your child to thrive. Details of our upcoming events will be posted here and you can register through our online form.
